Deposit and Cancellation Terms

When you book a service with us, a deposit is required to secure your slot. This deposit is taken to reserve workshop time, order materials and block out availability for your job.

All deposits are non refundable.

If you decide to cancel, fail to attend your booking, or change your mind for any reason, the deposit will not be returned. This applies regardless of the amount of notice you give.

If you wish to move your booking to a different date, this may be offered at our discretion, depending on availability and how much notice you give. A rescheduled date is not guaranteed.

By paying the deposit, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

Easy Returns

You can return any item(s) within 14 Days of the fulfilled date. Exchanges and store credit are up to 60 day from fulfilled date. Final Sale items not eligible for return.

1 Year Warranty

If your device does not work as expected, reach out to our support team who will assist with any issues. All VMC Devices are backed by our 1 year warranty.
